Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas advises Texmaco Rail on acquisition of Jindal Rail Infrastructure Limited

The acquisition was made for approximately ₹614 crore.

Texmaco Rail & Engineering Limited has acquired all of the rights, title and interest of Jindal Rail Infrastructure Limited held by the existing security holders of JRIL for approximately ₹614 crore after making adjustments at closing in accordance with the transaction documents.

Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co advised Texmaco on this acquisition deal.

The transaction team was led by Karun Prakash, Partner, Sakshi Mehra, Partner, Anshul Chopra, Principal Associate, Amrusha Monga, Senior Associate, Ayush Sharma, Associate.
