SAM, Anagram, Khaitan & Co, Khaitan & Khaitan on Interarch Building Products IPO to raise 600 crore

Interarch Building Products Limited has made an IPO and plans to raise about Rs. 600 crore.

Interarch Building Products Limited has made an initial public offering of equity shares aggregating to ₹6,002.87 million (Rs. 600 crore), comprising a fresh issue of equity shares aggregating to ₹2,000.00 million (Rs. 200 crore) and an offer for sale of equity shares by certain existing shareholders, including OIH Mauritius Limited (Everstone Capital), aggregating to ₹4,002.87 million (Rs. 400 crore).

The transaction team was led by Nikhil Naredi, Partner and Abhiroop Amitava Datta, Partner; with assistance from Trishita Dasgupta, Counsel; Ankur Verma, Senior Associate; and Debolina Mitra, Associate, as well as Kamiya Marwah, Senior Associate and Shivang Agarwal, Associate.

Anagram Partners acted as the legal advisors to selling shareholder Everstone.

Khaitan & Co acted as the legal counsel to the Bankers i.e., Ambit Private Limited and Axis Capital Limited, as to Indian law.
