GMR Airports acquires 10% of Delhi International Airport: SAM, JSA advise this $126 million deal

The deal is valued at approximately $126 million (approximately ₹10.58 billion).

GMR Airports Infrastructure Limited (GIL) has acquired a 10% stake of Delhi International Airport Limited (DIAL) from Fraport AG Frankfurt Airport Services Worldwide for approximately $126 million (approximately ₹10.58 billion).

Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co advised GMR Airports on this stake acquisition.

The transaction team was led by Jatin Aneja (National Practice Head - Infrastructure, Energy and Project Finance) and was ably assisted by Prashant Sirohi (Partner), Aditya Mitra (Senior Associate) and Madhvi Vangani (Associate).

JSA advised and assisted Fraport AG Frankfurt Airport Services Worldwide on the transaction.
