Alka Bhatia Hiranandani has acquired two flats in the building known as ‘Prime Beach’ situated at Juhu, Mumbai. The deal was signed on October 3, 2024 and is valued at ₹72 crore.

Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co advised Alka Bhatia Hiranandani on all legal aspects for the purchase of the flats, which are in the same building where her brother, actor, Akshay Kumar stays.

The transaction team consisted of Bhoumick Vaidya (Partner), Harshini Kotecha (Senior Associate) and Yash Bhansali (Associate).

The transaction is amongst the most expensive purchase of residential premises at Juhu.
