Luthra advises NetRack Enclosures on divestment of shareholding to Legrand

NetRack Enclosure Private Limited has divested 100% of its shareholding to Legrand.

Luthra and Luthra Law Offices India acted for the promoters of NetRack in this transaction.

The transaction team consisted of Vasudev Dibbur (Partner), Sai Meghana Konda (Associate) and Kamiya Gupta (Associate).

NetRack Enclosure is engaged in the business of manufacturing of servers, networking racks, acoustic racks and cold containment.

Legrand is a company dedicated to supporting technological, societal and environmental change around the globe, listed on Euronext Paris and having sales of 8.4 Billion Euro in 2023.
