Luthra advises group of lenders on loan facilities availed by Highways Infrastructure Trust

Highways Infrastructure Trust has availed rupee loan facilities ₹1,900 crore.

Highways Infrastructure Trust, the road InvIT platform launched by KKR, has availed rupee loan facilities of ₹1,900 crore from ICICI Bank Limited, India Infrastructure Finance Company Limited, Axis Bank Limited and State Bank of India (Group of Lenders).

Luthra and Luthra Law Offices India acted as the counsel for the Group of Lenders.

The transaction team comprised Karan Mitroo (Partner), Pragya Verma (Associate) and Jhalak Gupta (Associate).

Highways Infrastructure Trust is an infrastructure investment trust under the provisions of the SEBI (Infrastructure Investment Trusts) Regulations, 2014 involved in the business of owning and managing road assets in India.
