Sequoia sold its entire shareholding in OneDirect (ODCEM Technologies Private Limited) to Gupshup.

Luthra & Luthra Partners Law Offices acted for Sequoia on the deal.

The team was led by Partner Nitin Gera and was ably supported by Associate Kartik Chatrath.

This is Gupshup’s fourth acquisition in 2022 and its fifth since September 2021. It has also been reported that Gupshup is on track to raise its pre-IPO funding round despite the tight liquidity environment.
