LKS, Khaitan act on Yotto Data Services' acquisition of Apiculus

LakshmiKumaran & Sridharan Attorneys and Khaitan & Co acted in the acquisition of IndiQus Technologies, the parent organization of Apiculus, by Yotta Data Services, a managed data center service provider owned by the Hiranandani Group. 

Lakshmikumaran & Sridharan Attorneys (LKS) acted as legal counsel for IndiQus Technologies and advised on all aspects related to the transaction. The role involved advising on the transaction structure and negotiation and finalization of the transaction documents.

The transaction team consisted of Kunal Arora (Partner), Dikshita Damodaran (Principal Associate), Archit Gupta (Senior Associate) and Anusha Mohapatra (Associate).

Apiculus is a cloud services company specializing in providing innovative solutions for enterprises and service providers to manage and optimize their cloud infrastructure. The company offers a Cloud Management Platform (CMP) designed for seamless integration and automation of cloud services, including IaaS (Infrastructure as a Service), PaaS (Platform as a Service), and SaaS (Software as a Service).

Their platform supports features like self-service portals, enterprise-grade networking and security, scalable compute resources, and advanced storage solutions. It also incorporates tools like Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
