Bangalore based VerSe Innovation Private Limited has made a cross-border acquisition of Magzter, Inc. (Magzter), a popular New York-based digital newsstand platform.
The Singapore office of King & Spalding advised VerSe and its affiliates on this acquisition deal.
The transaction team consisted of Parveet Singh Gandoak (Partner), Daniel Kahan (Partner), Eric Nyman (Associate), and Hope Sheils (Associate).
VerSe Innovation is the parent firm of Indian news aggregator app Dailyhunt, India’s biggest local language technology platform.
