Khaitan, Trilegal, Touchstone act on sale of 32 brands of United Spirits to Inbrew for Rs 828 crore

The business comprises popular brands like Haywards, White-Mischief, Green Label, etc

United Spirits has sold about 32 mass-priced brands, including Haywards, Old Tavern, White-Mischief, Green Label and Romanov, to Singapore headquartered Inbrew for a total cash consideration of ₹828 crore (US$ 108 million).

Khaitan & Co advised Inbrew Beverages on the deal.
