Khaitan, Spice Route Legal act on Kilburn acquisition of M.E Energy

Kilburn Engineering Ltd has acquired M.E Energy Private Limited for an aggregate consideration of ₹98.70 crore, paid partly in cash and partly by way of issuance of shares of Kilburn to the promoter of M.E Energy.

Khaitan & Co advised Kilburn Engineering on this acquisition deal.
