InnoVen Capital India Fund has made a venture debt investment in Niro (QFI Technologies Private Limited) - a Bangalore-headquartered lending company.

Khaitan Legal Associates advised InnoVen Capital India Fund in this investment.

The transaction team comprised of Varsha Jalan (Partner), Sanjana Dasgupta (Senior Associate), Srishti Dembla (Associate) and Surbhi Burman (Associate).
