Craftsman Automation has acquired Sunbeam Lightweighting Solutions Pvt. Ltd by purchasing the entire shareholding from funds managed by Kedaara Capital.
Kedaara Capital in 2018 had acquired Rajasthan-based auto component maker Sunbeam Auto for approximately $100 million (Rs650 crore) according to LiveMint.
Khaitan & Co advised Craftsman Automation on this acquisition deal.
