Khaitan, ELP act on Smartworks Coworking Spaces IPO

The IPO comprised a fresh issue of equity shares valued up to ₹5,500 million and an offer for sale of up to 6,759,480 equity shares.

Smartworks Coworking Spaces has made an Initial public offering of the Company's equity shares bearing a face value of ₹10 each amounting up to ₹5,500 million and an offer for sale of up to 6,759,480 equity shares.

The offer for sale consists of 980,000 Equity Shares by NS Niketan LLP, up to 620,000 Equity Shares by SNS Infrarealty LLP, and up to 5,159,480 Equity Shares by Space Solutions India Pte. Ltd.

Khaitan & Co acted as legal counsel to Smartworks as to Indian law.

The core team consisted of Oishik Bagchi (Partner), Johann Valladares (Senior Associate), Arjun Kapur (Associate), Ayushi Saumya (Associate) and Varshini Puni (Associate) with guidance from Sudhir Bassi (Executive Director).
