Khaitan & Co advised Axis Growth Avenues AIF – I in this investment deal.
The transaction team consisted of Partner Vineet Shingal and Tanushree Bhuwalka along with a team of Associates - Saloni Mehta Bhandawat, Vedika Agarwal, Bimbita Kateel, Vivek Badkur, Shreeya Agrawal and Pritali Patil.
Gopal Snacks is in the business of manufacturing namkeen, wafers, fryums, papad and other snack items which are marketed, distributed and sold by the Company under the brand name "Gopal".
