Z3Partners has acquired a minority stake in Wow Momo Foods by way of subscription to Series D CCPS for an amount of approximately ₹70 crore.

Khaitan & Co advised Wow Momo in this transaction.

The transaction team consisted of Bharat Anand (Partner), Nidhi Killawala (Partner), Ayushi Mishra (Principal Associate) and Sachit Singla (Associate).

Khaitan & Co also represented Z3Partners with a team consisting of Srikant CV (Partner) and Shatakshi Gupta (Senior Associate).
