JK Tyre & Industries Limited has merged Cavendish Industries Limited into the Company.

JK Tyre & Industries Limited has merged Cavendish Industries Limited into the Company pursuant to the Scheme of Amalgamation for a total consideration of ₹40 billion.

Khaitan & Co advised JK Tyre on this merger.
