SVL-SME Fund, a Category I Alternative Investment Fund, registered with SEBI India, acting through its trustee SBICAP Trustee Company Limited) has invested ₹ 2.1 billion in Hygenco Green Energies Private Limited.

Luthra and Luthra Law Offices India assisted the investor in this deal.

The transaction team consisted of Jay Parikh (Partner), Ayushi Toshniwal (Senior Associate) and Saranya Lal (Associate).

Krishnamurthy & Co assisted Hygenco Green Enregies by drafting, negotiation and advising on transaction documents and generally advising the company on the transaction.
