JSA, Khaitan, Latham advise as EQT acquires PropertyGuru Group

EQT Private Capital Asia is acquiring PropertyGuru Group Limited in an all-cash transaction.

Private equity groups KKR and TPG, which hold a combined 56% of PropertyGuru’s shares are selling their stake as part of this transaction.

JSA is representing EQT on this acquisition deal.
