Lal Sweets, a new-age Indian sweets company, has raised ₹330 crore from Motilal Oswal Financial Services Ltd.

JSA advised Lal Sweets on this investment deal.

The transaction team consisted of Siddharth Mody (Lead Partner), Anurag Shrivastav (Partner), Gavin Ignatius Pereira (Associate) and Bhaskar Dhandharia (Associate).
