Inflexor Technology Fund has made an investment in NoPo Nanotechnologies India Private Limited for the acquisition of minority stake in NOPO.

JSA advised Inflexor Technology Fund on this investment deal.

The transaction team consisted of Siddharth Mody (Lead Partner) and Prerana Chaudhari (Principal Associate).

NoPo Nanotechnologies is a Bengaluru based carbon nanotube maker, that makes an advanced material that can replace the silicon in semiconductors and batteries, and is currently supplying samples to chipmakers in Taiwan and Japan.
