Arya.ag has raised ₹242.36 crore ($29.2 million) through a funding round from Blue Earth Capital, Asia Impact, and Quona Capital.

JSA advised Arya.ag on this fundraise.

The transaction team consisted of Siddharth Mody (Lead Partner), Rahul Deodhar (Partner) and Alister Sequeira (Senior Associate).

Arya.ag, a Noida-based agritech startup, connects agricultural producers with buyers through its grain commerce platform. It offers services such as warehousing and third-party debt financing to farmers. With this funding, Arya.ag aims to expand its operations and strengthen its market presence amidst competition from other agritech companies.
