JSA acts on Lok Capital's partial exit from Veritas Finance

The deal amount is valued at approximately ₹1,191.3 crores ($145 million).

Lok Capital, one of the early investors in Veritas Finance, made a partial exit by selling part of its stake for approximately ₹1,191.3 crores ($145 million) to Multiples Private Equity Fund III and Avendus Future Leaders Fund II. 

JSA advised Lok Capital in this transaction.

The transaction team consisted of Siddharth Mody (Lead Partner) and Rahul Deodhar (Partner).

Veritas is a non-banking finance company catering to the underserved MSME financing market in semi-urban and rural geographies.

Veritas also raised primary investment in this investment round.
