JSA acts on ClickPost Series A fundraise

ClickPost has raised ₹6 million through a Series A fundraise led by Inflexor Technology Fund, Athera Venture Capital, and Riverwalk Holdings. Rebright Partners, an existing investor, also participated in this funding round.

As part of this transaction, certain existing investors will also sell their shareholding through a secondary sale.

JSA advised ClickPost and its founders Naman Vijay and Prashant Gupta on this fundraise.

The transaction team consisted of Kartik Jain (Partner), Saumya Sahai (Senior Associate), Anmol Mahajan (Associate) and Alisha Chawla (Company Secretary).

JSA also advised the lead investors Inflexor Ventures and Athera Venture Partners in their investment in ClickPost.
