IndusLaw, CAM, Rajaram, Wadhwa act on Bizcrum Infotech $ 30 million fund raise

The round was led by WestBridge, and saw participation from investors InfoEdge, Waterbridge Ventures, Matrix and Sequoia.

Bizcrum Infotech Private Limited (Bijnis), a business-to-business platform for factories, raised US$30 million (about ₹222 crore) in the Series B round led by Westbridge along with other investors like InfoEdge, Waterbridge Ventures, Matrix and Sequoia.

IndusLaw advised Startup Investments (InfoEdge) and Waterbridge Ventures. The team consisted of Pratyush Khurana (Partner), Ashish Ahluwalia (Principal Associate) and Shubham Lata (Associate)

Bizcrum Infotech Private Limited was represented by Wadhwa Law Offices.
