DLF Home Developers Limited has made a strategic and large acquisition of a 28 Acre land parcel, inter-alia, under the SARFAESI Act & Rules from Axis Trusteeship Limited acting for the existing bond holders, in whose favour a substantial portion of these lands were mortgaged.

Emerald Law Offices advised DLF Home Developers on this transaction.

This acquisition is likely to generate a potential residential saleable area of upwards of 7.5 million at a prime location in Gurugram. Since this land parcel was owned by the IREO Group, this transaction also leads to a substantial discharge of debts of the IREO Group.
