Dubai-based OEL Aviation Services FZCO, part of Transworld Group, has entered into a joint venture with Arun Kashyap (ex-Spice Jet) to establish a new venture Sirius India Airlines Private Limited.

This collaboration marks the entry of Transworld Group's renowned luxury private air travel brand, Airavat Aviation, into the Indian market, responding to the burgeoning demand for upscale air travel experiences within the country.

Economic Laws Practice advised Transworld Group on this deal.

The transaction team consisted of Aakanksha Joshi (Partner), included Vinit Shah (Principal Associate), and Pallavi Agarwal (Associate).

The strategic selection of Airavat's routes also aims to strengthen the Indo-Arab relationship by facilitating private aviation travel between these regions.
