ELP advises Media giant Prime Focus on its $200 million fundraise

Prime Focus subsidiary DNEG S.a.r.l. has raised $200 million.

Prime Focus Limited subsidiary DNEG S.a.r.l., Luxembourg has raised upto $200 million from United Al Saqer Group (UASG), a leading Abu Dhabi-based investor, at an enterprise value for DNEG Group in excess of $2 billion.

Economic Laws Practice (ELP) acted for Prime Focus and its offshore subsidiaries in this transaction. The transaction involved advisory, drafting of certain investment agreements, reviewing, negotiating, and offering counsel on investment agreements and other transaction documents at DNEG.
