Authum Investment & Infrastructure Ltd and Sansaar Housing Finance Limited have acquired a controlling stake in Michigan Engineers Pvt. Ltd, a construction company.
Economic Laws Practice advised and assisted Authum Investment and Sansaar in due diligence, negotiations, drafting and finalization of the transaction documents.
