Clover Infotech Private Limited has acquired 25% stake in Data Science Wizards Private Limited (DSW), which is an artificial intelligence and data science startup.

Economic Laws Practice advised Clover Infotech Private Limited on the deal.

ELP team was led by Partner Yashojit Mitra (Head Corporate & Commercial team), Manendra Singh (Associate Partner), with the assistance of Tanvi Goyal (Principal Associate) and Varun Kaka (Associate).

Data Science Wizards Private Limited (DSW) is an artificial intelligence and data science startup that primarily offers artificial intelligence (AI) and data analytics solutions and consulting services

Post the acquisition, DSW can scale and replicate its AI-backed solutions across a huge customer base in India and focussed global markets like the Middle East, Europe, Singapore and US.
