Sheela Foam Private Limited (owner of the 'Sleepwell' mattress brand) has acquired 94.66% of Kurlon Enterprise Limited's (owner of the 'Kurl-On' mattress brand) share capital at an equity valuation of ₹2,150 crores.

Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised Sheela Foam on this acquisition deal.
