EPC Company Ceigall goes public: SAM, Trilegal, Hogan Lovells, Wadia Ghandy help company raise 1,252 crore

Ceigall India has raised approximately ₹1,252.66 crore from this IPO.

Ceigall India Limited has made an initial public offering (IPO) of 31,243,701 equity shares, raising approximately ₹1,252.66 crore.

ICICI Securities Limited, IIFL Securities Limited and JM Financial Limited were the bankers to the transaction.

Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co advised Ceigall India on the IPO.

The transaction team consisted of Prashant Gupta (Partner- National Practice Head - Capital Markets), Sayantan Dutta (Partner), Romit Raja Srivastava (Senior Associate), Kamiya Marwah (Senior Associate), Purva Mishra (Associate) and Kuldeep Bishnoi (Associate).

Trilegal advised the bankers on the Indian legal aspects.

Hogan Lovells Lee & Lee advised the Bankers on Special Purpose International legal aspects.

The IPO, which includes a fresh issue and an offer for sale, was subscribed over 13.78 times overall.
