This joint venture arrangement marks the first venture between the two conglomerates.

BMW Group has entered into a joint venture (JV) with Tata Technologies Limited to establish automotive software and IT development hubs in Pune, Bengaluru and Chennai.

Khaitan & Co advised BMW Group on this JV.

The core team consisted of Bharat Anand (Partner), Shantanu Gupta (Partner), Aman Parnami (Principal Associate) and Lakshya Thukral (Senior Associate), with assistance from the following:
