Argus Partners advises BCCI on media rights auction for International and Domestic Matches of Indian Cricket Team

The media rights have been acquired by Viacom18 Media Private Limited for a cumulative figure of ₹5,963 crores.

The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has successfully concluded the auction of TV and Digital Media rights for international and domestic matches of the Indian Cricket Team for September 2023 to March 2028 cycle.

The media rights have been acquired by Viacom18 Media Private Limited for a cumulative figure of ₹5,963 crores.

Argus Partners advised BCCI on this auction.

The transaction team was led by Adity Chaudhury (Partner) and also consisted of Tushar Oberoy, Mahima Zamindar, Navya Pathak, Maladi Pranay and Tanu Kankariya (Associates).

Commenting on the auction, BCCI President, Roger Binny said,
