Anagram Partners advises Tata Advanced Systems on strategic partnership with Moroccan Armed Forces

This partnership marks the largest deal for Indian-made armoured vehicles to date.

Tata Advanced Systems Limited has entered into a strategic partnership with the Kingdom of Morocco’s Armed Forces to produce Wheeled Armoured Platform combat vehicles.

Under this partnership, TASL will supply Wheeled Armoured Platform (WhAP) vehicles to the Moroccan forces. The WhAP 8×8 is India’s First Amphibious Infantry Combat Vehicle (Wheeled), designed for optimised survivability and lethality. It is TASL’s flagship product, developed in collaboration with the DRDO and Tata Motors.

Anagram Partners acted as the legal advisor to Tata Advanced Systems on this deal.

The transaction team was led by Shuva Mandal (Partner) and Ankit Mishra (Partner) and comprised Siddhant Sahu (Associate) and Rozel Arora (Associate).
