ALMT Legal, Nishith Desai, ELP act on sale of Alexis Hospital to Max Healthcare

Zulekha Healthcare Group UAE (ZHG) has sold Alexis Hospital, a 200 bedded multispecialty hospital in Nagpur, to Max Healthcare. The deal is reportedly valued at Rs. 412 crores.

The transaction team was led by Statira Ranina (Senior Partner) and Sheetal Mishra (Principal Associate) advised on the end-to-end transaction.
