Four Indian Law Firms and Three Foreign law firms will deliver the IPO for logistics company Delhivery.

According to the prospectus filed before SEBI, the company has Rs. 100 Crores worth of tax disputes between Delhivery and its subsidiaries with various Government agencies.

Suhani Singh is the General Counsel of Delhivery.
