The following job positions are available:

1. Legal Associate/Senior Legal Associate at Department of Economic Affairs

The Department of Economic Affairs proposes to engage Sr. Legal Associate/Legal Associates for a fixed period on full time basis under the supervision of Joint Secretary (Investment) in this Department to deal with disputes against Foreign Investment Promotion Board (FIPB) and under Indian Bilateral Investment Treaties (BITs).

Only persons with requisite qualification and experience as prescribed would be hired.

Applications are invited for the position of one (1) Sr. Legal Associate and two (2) Legal Associates on a full time basis. Age Limit for both posts is 40 years.

2. Research Associate (Legal), Centre for Child and the Law at NLSIU

The CCL is a unique multi-disciplinary research engaged in exciting work on child rights law. There is currently a vacancy in the Juvenile Justice Program, in which research, training, advocacy and direct field action is being undertaken on juvenile justice, child protection, child sexual abuse, Commissions for Children etc.

Work in this program enables a legal researcher to work with professionals from social work and psychology, and be exposed to a wide range of legal issues concerning children, with numerous opportunities to engage with child rights law at both grass root as well as regional and national level.
