Being Lawgical is a student run platform that started in the year 2020, with the main aim to spread legal awareness relating to all socio-legal contemporary issues. We aim to provide a platform that can make learning about law simple and fun.

The Being Lawgical Blog is an open access, peer reviewed blog in order to provide opportunities to legal enthusiasts for voicing their opinions on socio-legal contemporary issues. We also aim to conduct various events ranging from online quizzes to webinars to provide a practical and holistic understanding of the study of law.

About the Journal for Law Students and Researchers (JLSR)

The Journal for Law Students and Researchers (JLSR) is an Online Journal with ISSN: 2582-306X which is quarterly, Peer Reviewed, and published online. JLSR seeks to provide an interactive platform for the publication of short articles, long articles, book reviews, case comments, research papers, essays in the field of law.

Our aim is to upgrade the level of interaction and discourse about contemporary issues of law. We are eager to become a highly cited publication, through quality contributions from students, academicians, professionals from the industry, the bar & bench. JLSR welcomes contributions from all legal branches, as long as the work is original, unpublished, unplagiarized and is in consonance with the submission guidelines.

About the Speaker

Adv. Akash Garg, Head of PR & Communications, World Cyber Security Forum.

He graduated in Law from the Panjab University, Chandigarh, with a keen interest in Cyber Laws and IPRs. He has a perfect command of legal affairs, Microsoft Office, legal research, legal drafting and research. He did an internship at Khaitan & Co. in the Banking and Finance team followed by Gurugram Police's Cyber Security Summer Internship where he contributed to the development of a project to detect smishing links.

He has strong leadership and management skills. While working with the Indian National Bar Association, he led various teams for a year and a half as North India Campus Ambassador - Head and then as All India Campus Ambassadors - Head. Today, he lead the Divers team at the World Cyber Security Forum as the Head of Public Relations and Communications.
