· Chief Guest: Justice M N Venkatachalaya: He is one of the leading authorities on Indian Constitutional law and served as the 25th Chief Justice of India

· Guest of Honour: Dr. Sudhir Krishnaswamy: Vice-Chancellor of NLSIU, Bengaluru. He is also the co-founder and trustee of the not-for-profit research trust, Centre for Law and Policy Research.
