Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas and NUJS to jointly host First FinTech Moot Court

Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co and WB National University of Juridical Sciences (NUJS) are set to host the First Edition of the ‘WB NUJS – SAM FinTech Moot Court Competition, 2023-2024’.

This competition, scheduled for 5th - 6th August, 2023 at NUJS Kolkata campus, is set to be a highly competitive event with 20 leading college teams debating over the challenges associated with regulating private cryptocurrencies before an eminent panel of judges. It aims to focus on the challenges faced by regulators while developing a framework to regulate virtual digital tokens and assets.
