#RecTracker: NALSAR 2019 batch gets 34 jobs as of Day Zero

The 2019 batch of National Academy of Legal Studies and Research (NALSAR), Hyderabad has secured a total of 32 jobs, as of the Day Zero recruitments recently held at the University.

This is inclusive of 17 pre-placement offers (PPOs) accepted from eight law firms across the country.

Out of the 17 offers accepted by students on Day Zero, 7 were made by AZB & Partners. Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas made 5 hires, while Khaitan & Co and Trilegal made 2 hires each. Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas made 1 hire.

Luthra & Luthra recorded the most hires through PPOs, with 5 fresh recruits. AZB made 3 hires, while Trilegal, Cyril and Shardul Amarchand made 2 hires each. Khaitan, S&R Associates and Majmudar & Partners made 1 hire each.

Two students were also offered vacations schemes at international law firms – one each at Linklaters and Herbert Smith Freehills.

The Recruitment Coordination Committee of the 2019 batch consists of Komal Khare, Neha Shivhare, Nishtha Gupta, Ritika Banerjee, Sadhika Gulati, Sailender Reddy and Shubhi Goyal.

Note: The initial total number of recruitments as per Day Zero was 34. As per the figures, the total number of jobs stands at 32.
