RecTracker: 35 students from NLSIU batch of 2025 bag PPOs before Day Zero

The highest recruiter thus far is Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas & Co with 8 student hires

35 students from the BA LLB batch of 2025 at National Law School of India University (NLSIU), Bangalore secured pre-placement offers (PPOs) prior to Day Zero.

The median salary being offered is ₹17 lakh per annum.

Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas has offered 8 students PPOs, while Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas has made 5 hires. Khaitan & Co and Saraf and Partners offered PPOs to 4 students each.

AZB & Partners recruited 3 students and 2 students each were hired by S&R Associates, Touchstone Partners, Veritas Legal and IC Universal Legal. 1 student received a PPO from Trilegal.

2 students landed training contracts with international law firms Allen & Overy and Herbert Smith Freehills.

Pre-Day Zero PPO recruitment data - NLSIU BA LLB batch of 2025

Day Zero is scheduled to take place between August 5 to 7.

This year's results are over a 100% increase from the preceding year, when 15 students from the batch of 2024 received PPOs prior to Day Zero.

The recruitment process at NLSIU is a student-led initiative. Associate Professor of Law Rahul Singh advised the Recruitment Coordination Committee (RCC) as corporate law faculty.
