Physical Arbitration Classes by IADR-Irid Alternate Dispute Resolution (Register by 15 Jun)

The main aim of the classes is to spread awareness about arbitration as a mechanism of dispute resolution as well as to teach young professionals and students.

Irid Alternate Dispute Resolution Forum is an initiative to impart knowledge and create awareness about ADR. Arbitration and Mediation are no more an alternative and have become the first choice of parties, especially in case of commercial matters. The ongoing ADR developments in the Indian regime has resulted in rapid growth of this field and made it a lucrative career to pursue.

This is opportunity to learn about the nuances of ADR from the industry expert Ms. Iram Majid, who is the Executive Director at Asia Pacific Centre for Arbitration and Mediation (APCAM) and Director at Indian Institute of Arbitration and Mediation (IIAM). She is an IMI certified Mediator and Member of Charted Institute of Arbitrators, London, UK.

After successfully delivering our six virtual lecture series on ADR by Iram Majid Advocate, we are excited to announce that we are taking this endeavor a step ahead.

It's time to take those lessons and Q&A in person. This physical class is strictly for students.

The Physical lectures on Arbitration starting from 1 July, 2022 to 2 July 2022.

Various major aspects shall be covered for the complete understanding of the subject and all the classes shall be delivered offline at the office by the expert Ms. Iram Majid. The course will improve one's knowledge of Arbitration along with experienced guidance.

The purpose of these lectures is to impart knowledge and create awareness about arbitration, along with practical experience. The initiative is pure pro bono and the registration is free and open to all.
