Bar & Bench

Over the last two years, we have built a network of Campus Ambassadors across more than fifty law schools all over India. These law students have been providing us with information on campus events and activities, and also sharing legal articles.

This series of interviews is meant to turn the spotlight on these hardworking and dedicated individuals.

In this edition, we speak with Samridhi Bhatt, a fourth-year law student at the Delhi Metropolitan Education Law School.

Why did you choose to study law?

From the very start, I never restricted myself to one area of studies. With the ebb of time, I realized that I preferred a profession which must allow for growth and diversification and hence the choice to study law.

What made you apply for the Campus Ambassador post at Bar & Bench?

In a very short span of time, Bar & Bench the legal platform has spread its arena from legal news to articles and much more, handling loads of social groups and supporting the legal profession on greater heights.

This platform is not only providing updates and inculcating apprentices onto a wider extent but also helping them out to know more about diverse facets of legal matters.

What are your plans after completing law?

After completion of my law degree, I aim to opt for specialization in one of the arenas under international law and then to move forward as a Corporate counsel.

Apart from this, I would like to explore more in this diversified field.
