Bar & Bench

Over the last two years, we have built a network of Campus Ambassadors across more than fifty law schools all over India. These law students have been providing us with information on campus events and activities, and also sharing legal articles.

This series of interviews is meant to turn the spotlight on these hardworking and dedicated individuals.

In this edition, we speak with Ashwin Gupta, a fourth-year student at Amity Law School, Noida.

Why did you choose to study law?

Well when my high-school ended, I was nothing but confused as to what should I pursue further. As the dust settled, I ended up choosing Law amongst other subjects. As my time in Law School passed, I realized that Law is intriguing and exactly what I wanted to pursue.

What made you apply for the Campus Ambassador post at Bar & Bench?

Bar and Bench is a platform which connects the legal world with the audience, being a part of it and representing it in my campus was in my Law School bucket list.

What are your plans after completing law?

I plan to pursue an LLM in New Zealand or Finland.
