Institute of Law, Nirma University was adjudged as Winners of 1st NALSAR-CCI Antitrust Moot Court Competition, 2022. The Competition was organized in collaboration with the Competition Commission of India and Khaitan & Co.

The Moot Court Competition was organized by NALSAR University of Law and was conducted virtually on 19th-20th of March, 2022.

The winning team consisted of Srishty Bajaj, Aman Kadri and Rohan Dembani. Khaitan & Co., will offer internships to members of the winning team.

The competition witnessed participation from 70 teams and the moot proposition was based on leniency regime and cartelization.

The Final Rounds were judged by Ms. Jyoti Jindgar Bhanot - Advisor (Eco), Competition Commission of India, Prashanto Chandra Sen - Senior Advocate, Supreme Court of India and Manas Kumar Chaudhari - Senior Partner, Khaitan & Co.
