The programs at IILM Law School are structured on wide-ranging courses that incorporate high academic standards and include subjects relevant for both the present and new-age careers. The blend of legal aspects withing modules on Management, Humanities and Social Sciences provide holistic learning to broaden the students’ understanding of the course enhanced avenues. These courses provides applied legal skills in management from an applied point of view keeping its legal outlook. It capacitates students to think, observe, assess and critically analyse various legal processes, particularly corporate regulatory regimes.

Established in 2017, IILM  Law School offers a One-Year LL.M. Degree Programme since last four years. The UGC approved one year LLM degree program has been designed for intellectually curious candidates with research orientation who wants to challenge the boundaries of existing knowledge. It aims to equip students with skills to conduct research as well as analyse legal issues from a global perspective, enabling them to think, innovate and apply their knowledge to emerging global legal issues. It enhances their ability to ferret out information regarding a specific area with a more functional deep dive into the focused subject matter. The LL.M programme, therefore, incorporates transnational and comparative approaches to learning and research.

The LL.M. programme is run on a semester model and is a 24 credit program, including four compulsory (core) courses. IILM Law School provides flexibility to the students in choosing courses from a variety of options. The objective is to provide more opportunities to students to pursue the wide array of elective courses offered at the University. Besides this, students will have to write a mandatory dissertation in the second semester. The university offers the specialisations in Corporate & Commercial Law, Alternative Dispute Resolution, Criminal Law, Cyber Law, International Law & Human Rights, Constitutional Law and Intellectual Property Rights.
