The University currently offers undergraduate Programmes including Five Years B.A.LL.B.(Hons.), Five Years B.Sc.LL.B.(Hons.) [Cyber Security], One Year LL.M. Programme, Two-Year Master of Cyber Law and Information Security (MCLIS) and Ph.D. Programmes in regular mode. In order to provide opportunity for individuals seeking to enhance their professional competencies, skills, and knowledge, as well as to acquire additional qualifications. The University under the Department of Online and Distance Education (DDE), has introduced Advanced Certificate Programmes through Online Learning mode, focusing on emerging and contemporary areas.

The applications are invited to get the admission in the following programmes for the Academic Session 2024-25 which are offered Online:

ADMISSION PROCEDURE

The Online portal for submitting the Application Form for admission to Certificate Programme shall commence from May 06, 2024. The last date for submission of duly filled application form is June 25, 2024.

Fee Structure

1. Advanced Certificate Programme in Cyber Laws and Cyber Forensics - ₹10,000/-

2. Advanced Certificate Programme in Alternative Dispute Resolution - ₹10,000/-

3. Advanced Certificate Programme in Securities Law and Capital Markets - ₹10,000/-

4. Advanced Certificate Programme in Labour Laws - ₹8,000/-

Repeat Examination Fee/Supplementary Examination Fee: ₹750/- per paper / project.

Continuation fee to be paid after expiry of minimum duration of the Programme till the maximum specified period: ₹3,000/-

Any other charges, if required, will be levied as per the University Rules.

Duration – 3 months;

Number of Modules – 3 modules/papers

Teaching Hours – 10 Sessions in each module

Number of Assignments – 1 each subject

Evaluation Pattern

Assignment(s) - 30 Marks

End Term Examination - 70 Marks
