The ‘Corporate Distress and Survival Law Review’ (“CDSLR”), seeks to rigorously exploit the ongoing developments in this field of law and provides impetus on the creation of novel ideas. To this end, it endeavours to publish original and unpublished articles, case comments, regulatory updates, report analysis etc. It also aspires to showcase the opinions of the leading practitioners on the legal issues surrounding this area of law.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Content Writers at CDSLR will be required to contribute posts/blogs in the form of original and unpublished case comments, regulatory updates, and report analysis, relating to or concerning, the law of Recovery, Insolvency, and Restructuring of debt, in India and worldwide.

The minimum duration for the role would be 60 days, which may extended further, in consultation with the founding editors of CDSLR. Upon successful completion of the tenure, a certificate will be issued. The 'Content Writers' are expected to publish at least 2 posts per week.
